When you create an account, book a pitch, or interact with our app, we may collect:

• Identity & contact details — your name, email address, and phone number.
• Account information — your user or account ID used to identify you as a member.
• Pitch-booking history — bookings you create, including pitch, date, time, session type, and team.
• Purchase history — records of payments you make for bookings, such as the amount, date, and booking reference.
• Contact & newsletter submissions — your name, email, and message when you contact us or subscribe to club updates.
• App interaction analytics — standard usage and technical logs that help us keep the app secure, reliable, and improved.

Payments & Card Details

Payments for pitch bookings are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not directly store your full card or payment card details on our servers — these are handled securely by Stripe in accordance with their compliance standards. We only retain payment records needed to manage your bookings, such as transaction references and booking status.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Manage your account and membership access.
• Process and administer pitch bookings and related payments.
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• Operate, secure, and maintain the app.
• Understand how the app is used through analytics so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Data Sharing

We only share your information where necessary to run the Club — for example with Stripe to process payments, with league or football bodies for player registration, or where required by law. Third-party providers that help us operate the app process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal, safeguarding, or regulatory obligations. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our active systems. Some records may be retained where we are legally required to do so.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe and are not stored in full on our systems.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to or a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your personal data and your account.
• Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your data, subject to legal obligations.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app — see "Delete my account" in the Members Area.
