• To send club news, fixtures, and announcements where you have subscribed.
• To meet safeguarding, legal, and regulatory obligations as a community football club.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information where necessary to run the Club (for example with the Football Association or league bodies for player registration), or where required by law. Third-party providers that help us operate the app process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Your Rights

You can:

• Request access to or a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
• Delete your account from within the app at any time — see "Delete my account" in the Members Area. This removes your access and we will delete your personal data on request.

Data Retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our active systems.
